Why CS:GO Recycles Bullet Impact Decals

Had a cool moment recreating a subtle but brilliant mechanic from CS:GO that allows hundreds of bullet holes to persist across a map for a whole round of gameplay. Developers simply specify how many decals are made by the object pool and recycle when we run out of decals!
