ONION cleanup 😻 Making the source more approachable

ONION on itch ( https://zylinski.itch.io/cat-and-onion ), you get the source code. But the structure of the project isn't as nice as I want it to be. There are files of different types everywhere and its hard to get an overview. Also, I should probably split things up into more files (game.odin is like 12000 lines). I want to do this so that the project becomes more approachable for Odin beginners who want to study the source. Join me for a tidy-up-marathon.
