I procrastinated learning Github for years. And actually I backed up my games on Google Drive and an external hard drive I have lying around up until very recently.
Mostly this was because I'd heard that using Github with Unity was hard. Maybe that used to be true? I'm not sure, but what I can tell you is that using Github to backup your Unity project is SO easy now.
This tutorial will take you from 0 to having your game backup up online (for free) in just a few minutes.
