Adding levitation spells (Wizard School Devlog 3)

In this dev log I add the levitation and stasis spell to the wizard school simulator. These spells interact with other students but also with props in the world. Currently the props don't serve a purpose yet other than being a thing to toy around with with the spells. I also threw in a little footage of the outside of the school. The colours got a little bit messed up, but I kind of liked it, happy little accident!
