Structures
There are 6 new structures to discover and loot in the Mushroom Swamp. These range from abandoned towers to run down cottages and all contain valuable items for you to discover. The new structures are:
-Encampment Ruins
-Enchanted Tower Ruins
-Fisherman's Hut
-Gatehouse Ruins
-Mystical Cottage Ruins
-Shrine Ruins
Enemies
There are 4 new enemies in the game that can be found in the Mushroom Swamp.
Acid Blob
Look out these nasty dudes have a gross habit of vomiting balls of acid on unsuspecting adventurers.
Centipede
Watch your step. These nasty critters are easily hidden by the forest floor and love hiding in dark places. Their bite can leave lasting effects.
Reclaimed
These undead creatures, reanimated by the swamp itself can wield a variety of weapons including Hammers, Poison Gas Bombs and Bows.
Shroomling
Don’t let their unassuming demeanor fool you. Look out, he’s got a knife. Also, that big bouncy head isn't just for show.
Spells
Acid Ball
This projectile spell leaves an acidic residue on impact which can deal damage over time.
Lightning Bolt
This powerful beam spell deals high damage and can chain to nearby enemies or to you if you’re not careful ;)
Weapons
Silver Weapon Set
Silver weapons are the new highest tier. They can be found in the Mushroom Swamp and deal more damage and can remove more voxels.
Poison Gas Bomb
Throw to release a toxic cloud of gas on impact.
Artifacts
Jar of Fireflies
This jar of little critters when equipped will light up the darkness.
Lead Glove
This heavy glove will increase the knockback of your melee attacks when equipped.
Performance Improvements
GPU Compute is now used for voxel physics queries. This greatly improves voxel physics performance, reducing potential for stuttering when many voxel edits are done in quick succession and many voxel physics queries are running simultaneously.
There have also been many miscellaneous performance improvements that will improve the general gameplay experience
